 Crop, slight rotate, levels and contrast layers, hue/sat layer, resize, sharpen, reduce noise (Nik Dfine global reduction), add border.

Yes, that is a real soap bubble... my daughter was blowing bubbles at our dog Rex for 10 to 15 minutes until one got close enough (in the wind) to tempt him.

What did you modify at his mouth? All that area seems strange.
But I do like the star shaped sparkles in the bubble.
