Would have benefited from a smaller aperture to give a deeper field of sharpness (just personal preference here). Unfortunately the bright sky detracts from the photo.

There isn't really a point of interest in this photograph. If the pond had some negative space on the edges (instead of being cut off), this might give the viewer a stronger focal point.
