This image is just too small to be able to properly judge or rate. What I can see looks blurry, but I can't really tell. Make use of the tutorial on how to prepare an image for DPC, it has helped me get my images ready for contests, and should assist you too. Keep trying as the colors in this image are excellent!

I don't know if it's my computer screen but I'm guessing not. This is completely out of focus, I can give you points for the colors or something but this is really really bad. Perhaps I would have been able to rate this better if it was bigger and in focus.
