I think what I like most about this pic is the dropping edges around your fingers which indicate that you are pulling your hand down (and keeping it VERY still) to work with the surface tension of water...

I've always loved the idea to photograph a subject like this (upside down in a aquarium) you did great, but I think I'd crop the yellow line at the bottom.
