This photo was taken in an area known as \'The Ditch\". Basically, it is an alley that runs along a trainyard. Along the fence are many beautiful wildflowers, often mistaken for weeds.

This is too small to tell what is going on or even if you truly have bokeh in the pic, since you did not use the full 640 pixels allowed, it is hard to make out a lot of the detail. There is a tutorial about resizing for dpc, please read it and don't give up.
A nice image, but just a tad small. You may wish to peruse the contents of the tutorials on how to save an image for web. I do believe this image would have fared much better had you availed yourself of the full size image allotments.
