Everyone's gonna say it, but it is too small. Of course, there's no realy bokeh either. Nice composition though. Do this bigger and sharper, and you might be able to use it in a challenge somewhere down the line...

Small size pictures never do well in Challenges, and there doesn't seem to be any bokeh at all. It lloks like a nice street candid, though.

this is such a small image, I'm having a hard time determining if the girl is in focus and if anything else is out. good composition, wish it were bigger!

This has the potential to be a really nice image, but since you did not use the full 640 pixels allowed, it is hard to make out a lot of the detail. There is a tutorial about resizing for dpc, please read it and don't give up. It is also possible that it does not meet the definition of "Bokeh" but since it is so small I cannot say for sure.
