EDIT: well i was right about it bombing. this is a daffodil painted chrome and placed on a piece of glass also painted chrome. i placed the smaller flower on the glass after i was done with the spray paint. held it at an angle pointing toward the sky, and tilted it around in different orientations while i snapped photos. this one came out the best. i know it was probably hard to connect to the challenge theme, but that was my intention. i knew there would be a boat load of shots of churhces, and wasn't wrong there. i like to be a bit different, and sometimes that can be painful ;}

this may be the first image that i have seen that actually prompted thought and understanding of the theme here. nice work...please offer some insight into the holiness you saw here. very abstract!
your entry made me look for a while. at first it looks like a knife, but that wouldn't make any sense.
is this part of a grave? I love the composition and use of color
(I think a lot of people would think it's obvious to do a shot like this in B-W)
Not sure why so many did flowers for this challenge...does not really connect with it for me, but I really liked this shot. Clean, sharp and different.
I'm sure there's a connection to 'holy places' with this photo, but the title doesn't give me a clue, and I really don't know what I'm looking at here with this.
