You chose a good subject and did a nice job with the perspective. You lost a lot of detail in the window and the color is quite flat. Next time you might try capturing a subject like this during the day.

I wonder what this would have looked like shot from the inside during the day, with the light bursting through the stained glass? As it is, a bit dark and blurry.

I think this could have been much improved either by (1) waiting for better lighting or (2) some adjustments to levels/contrast in post processing.
