A Turkey Vultureby bjoernComment: Nicely caught and framed against the sky. The harsh lighting here is tough with most of the bird in shadow. The bird's head and eyes are the key to any bird photo and they are rather small in the frame. |

Flying Through the Snowby MaryOComment: Nicely done. You have caught a peak of action with the legs off the ground and the tail up. Background is a tad busy. Not sure if you already have the aperture wide open, but that would help isolate your subject from the background. |

the road less traveled by tangueraComment: Very cool. Great use of a foreground element and the path. Not sure that having the tree bullseye with the top of the tree works. Maybe having the but lead to the Milky Way center. But given it was several hours to see what the composition looks like, kudos! |
