| Biography: |
James and Catherine reside in Southeast North Carolina, more particularly, the Lower Cape Fear Region. They have been married over 20 years and have five amazing, wonderful children. They have always enjoyed spending time outdoors and doing things as a family.
They have also always had a love of and appreciation for nature, wildlife, flowers, and beach sunrises; all of which are reflected in their photography. They strive to capture the true beauty and wonder of nature so that others are able to enjoy it as well.
Within the past three years, photography has become a huge part of their lives. James is extremely focused and extraordinarily gifted with computers, technology, and artwork. Catherine often refers to him as the “Computer Genius.” Catherine has a difficult time sitting still, so she has incorporated gardening into their repertoire, as it provides them an additional assortment of beautiful subject matter as well as many other advantages. James often refers to her as the “Butterfly” because she is always multitasking, “fluttering here and there.”
Together, with his technical expertise, brilliant attention to detail and composition coupled with her intense attraction to all things “cute” or “pretty,” they make an exceptional team. Their individual strengths complement one another almost poetically. |
