Biography: Welcome to my page. I am new to DPchallenge and I have really been impressed with the quality of the pictures people here create. I hope to learn as much as possible. I am new to photography as a hobby and got my first DSLR in October 2005. I have seen a huge improvement in my pictures in the past year by applying the composition and planning ideas I have been reading about. I am an engineer and it is great to be able to use the other side of my brain for a while. My masterpieces make their way into the pages of my wife's amazing scrapbooks.

Well thanks for stopping by, and be sure to keep checking as I upload some of the best of the 7000 shots I have taken in the last year.
