    Biography: I am from Aurora, Illinois and I go to school at the University of Illinois. I am an engineering student, Materials Science and Engineering to be specific, and concentrate on metallurgy. While I have had no official training in photography, it is quite a large hobby of mine to which I dedicate a lot of time. I have learned primarily through experience, reading and the friendly advice of my mother (a professional photographer) and my father (an artist). Other than shooting for my own pleasure, I also shoot for a newspaper down at school called the Daily Illini in order to make sure I keep my feet wet with photography so to speak and also because I then get access to some unique places that I otherwise would not have.
