Biography: I got my first digital camera in June 2002 (Canon A40) for vacation purposes. It quickly turned into an addiction. The A40 took a swim during a kayaking trip in July 2004 and was replaced under warranty with an A75. Upgraded to the Sony F717 in June 2003 and then a Canon 300D in May 2004. The shutter malfunctioned at 16,744 actuations in September 2007 (fixed under the extended warranty). I just got a 40D on 6/1/08!

Signature: "Are you sure what side of the glass you are on?" -NIN
