I'm 27 years old, with three kids and a dog. I study linguistics at the university.
Although I seem to be interested in almost everything I must say that photography and knitting are my biggest hobbies.
As a kid I had a small Canon film camera which I used a lot until it got lost on a school trip to Denmark. A few years later I bought myself an Ixus and discovered the wonders of digial photography. I then bought my first SLR camera in January 2005 and from that day there was no turning back. At that time I really didn't know anything about the technical side of photography but by reading a lot of books and articles on the internet, participating in challenges and practicing a lot has taught me so much but I am still learning.
My goal this year is as always to do better than last year. I plan on being more active and maybe achieve last years goal and get my first blue ribbon. (Achieved!!!) |
