Just havin' fun, No special equipment, no studio, regular 40+ hour job as a welder.
Used to ride my bicycle into the woods as a teen with my minolta x-7 and take pictures of the flora and fauna. Once I went into the military that hobby fell to the wayside as others emerged.
My dad had a nikon D50 that he used to take pictures of my little sister's dance recitals. He passed away suddenly on Dec. 14, 2010. I have his camera now and the fire that had simmered down over the years has engulfed me again.
It is so satisifing taking 100 shots and seeing them right away now a days as opposed to riding my bike to the photohut to get proofs developed because I couldn't afford to get all of them printed.
My goals:
