Between 1976 and 1985, I owned a 50's vintage Voigtlander 35 mm (probably a Prominent I, with 50 mm lens and 100 mm lens - took 450+ photos), and then a Vivitar 35 mm SLR (including macro lens, 200 mm lens & 2x teleconverter - took ~1000 shots). In '85 I traded away all my photo gear .
Christmas 2001, got a Kodak digital camera. That led to my buying a C-700 in July '02, and successor C-750 (21,000 photos on them) in August '03. I bought my wife an Oly Digital Stylus for Chistmas '03, and my son-in-law bought her a Sony W7 in 2005. I'm now using a Konica-Minolta A-200, which I bought in August 2005.
My favorite subjects are my grand-daughters ( //community.webshots.com/album/99634728uopNFu ), scenics, sunsets and sunrises, sports, and animals. |
