I enjoy warmth because I have been cold;
I appreciate light because I have been in complete darkness;
I welcome love because I have been heartbroken;
I´m thankful for my health because I have been very sick;
I relish serenity because I have been in the chaos;
I can experience joy because I have known sadness;
I keep my family and friends close to me because I have been lonely;
I recognize peace because I have been in deep despair;
I love life because I have been on the brink of it.
Our journey on Earth is unpredictable. We do not know what awaits us the next second or the next year. We cannot afford regrets, or 'what ifs'. The time to love, to admire, to seek, to find, to dare, to wander, to listen, to forgive, to explore, to learn is NOW! So start before it´s too late...
