Have long been a fan and casual hobbiest of photography. A bit late into the digital world because I was/am stubborn and more of a purest. Took me a long time to be "okay" with digital photography and the wonders of Photoshop and the like .... just never seemed right to me. FInally made the leap because I wanted to start taking more shots of my daughter who, to me, is incredibly photogenic ..... even moreso when not smiling in my opinion. She is constantly smiling and I really like the non-smiling shots as much as the smiling ones. My favorite shot is B&W landscape with what I call dramatic sky but I have found that I really like candids as well. Macro was my favorite but I have yet to get a good macro setup for my new 20D. Thanks all and I hope to become a regular here. |
