I like this overall. The viewer first notices the flower... but then is forced to see the Croc, which is a cool effect you've created

the croc doesn't really seem to be the focal point here and the focus on the flower does not seem sharp to me

Looks like a verbena to me, unless croccus is the type of shoe? Technically sound, but for me you haven't quite pulled your concept off.
