I am a sailor and I LOVE this music! It has been there my entire life. I would be on a dock eating a lobster roll with my beautiful wife right now........

can hear the cling..... cling.... cling.... of the clips and the ropes on the hollow aluminium masts blowing in the wind, a strange ringing metallic sound.... id have liked a little more contrast beween the masts and the sky maybe sunset/rise

Many will look at this and say shoehorn.
Personally, having sailed with quite a lot of wind and having lived most of my life in front of an harbour, I might just remark that your title is a bit of an understatement, if anything :D
