I like the colors, the horizon is nicely placed, but the hand just seems out of place or something....

Very unusual photo. So unusual I don't quite know what to make of it. The DOF has the hand nicely, but not quite perfectly focused. But the background is a bit fuzzy. So okay, that could be intentional but in this case it gives the photo a "faked" look. Almost like you saying, "See this a photo I took of sunset at the shore." Tie in to theme seems weak to me to.

I do not like challenge titles in the title of pictures.

The focus is a tad off, as well, the hand is a bit too bright, so it doesn't quite fit the mood of the lovely landscape in the background. It almost stands out too much when it should be as dramatic as the background is
