Various elements are overdone - e.g., the size of the chain - but I'm not sure it adds to the effect. Her expression, at least, does not look happy, and the little wrinkle above her eyebrow at least indicates concern about her condition. Nice lighting & skin tones.

Her expression seems a bit off to me. Not sure if she is upset, or just bored. Good POV, and clarity, just not sure about the 'story' here.
