Wonderful capture and postprocessing. One step beyond nature photography, with no offence meant to nature photography :

The expressions on their faces are so different. One alone would be interesting; two is awesome. I'm so jealous!

Lovely portrait. You can really see the inquisitive nature or the fox in the face of the first one.

How lucky to get 2 in the same shot - I envy you your experience - it must have been a thrill!

Stunning! Beautiful natural catch. Sharp and the light is perfect. Great photo!

I feel this could have been brightened a bit more without any loss of detail on the snow; I don't know if it's noise or just the processing but it's a wee bit soft-looking too. That aside though, it's a beautiful image, a great shot of such lovely animals and couldn't have been composed better. Love the bokehd fox in the back, it looks as if he's scowling at the photographer while the one in front looks curious. Congrats on such a pretty capture.

Oh I just love foxes. What beautiful faces. (if I were to change anything, I might up the brightness of the white/light tones a smidge) 7

I never like pictures like this, except for this one. I like it a lot! 7 & thank you.

Did this get tonemapped? It is a great capture... their faces are always so calculating... particularly the one in the back, just wondering if the tonal mapping caused the grain in PP? Good luck in the challenge!

To me, foxes look like the combination of a cat and a dog. How extraordinary that you got two of them.

beautiful capture of these critters.

this is just beautiful against the snow, perfectly sharpen to show the detail and not over sharpen, one of my favs so far

I wasn't going to vote in this challenge, but if I don't, I can't give you the 10 this deserves.... This spoke to my heart. Great job!
