i think maybe a more simplified title may have worked, i got the reference to airing your dirty laundry in public.... or that was my take on it but assume others didnt?

I am trying to understand how this depicts a consequence of SOPA. Will we not have electricity if it went into effect? I wish you didn't liquify the shirts so much...
