I am sorry I didn't comment on this during voting. It was one of my favorite images. I love the murky water - how it makes the other colors sing. Beautiful photo.
Definite grammar problem with the title. You used past tense then switched to present tense. But that doesn't affect my vote. I just wanted to be a grammar nazi! For the picture. I love the brown murky water and the dark cloudy sky. It looks great with the saturated colors. The green boat, the blue tarp and the flags all pop!

It could use a little "less" stuff. Maybe shift to the right and have only one boat; have the dock start further left in the picture. Take down a few flags, LOL (get arrested). 8
