The architecture of Santiago Calatrava, as a contemporary structure, meets the Challenge description for me. Would be great if my photo would convey a desire to visit this Milwaukee site. The lens I used was AF-S NIKKOR 10-24 DX.

this is fantastic. The lines are superb and colours just add to the overall ambience. The people also add the scale element but at the same time are in the distance so as not to distrsct from the building.
Beautiful structure, Santiago did good with this. While the lines and shadows are awesome, I find the monotone blue cast in this a little underwhelming. I wonder if a B&W version of this would've made it pop? Really draw the details of the the highlights and shadows out. Very nice, nonetheless!!
This is an exquisite piece of architecture and I think the photographer has captured the scale really well by combining the figures to give a sense of scale
A very elegant image, although I can't tell which emotion or feelings it conveys... Maybe that's the main point! The people provide a good gauge of the size of this place. Nicely done!
