I like the title. Interesting take, I'd guess you might not be doing too well since it's not a 'literal' image of garbage but pollution is certainly a form of waste, so it fits for me. Love the lighting, the mixture of blue and purple tones is good. My only gripe is that the crop seems a shade too tall, I'd have perhaps tried to shoot from a bit further away in a landscape ratio, or cropped up over some of the puddle.
I like the idea, like the colours and the execution of what i reckon must be a longer exposure... not too fond of the crop/composition of it all though, i feel i want that chimney/tower to be straightened. still a 6 from me.
