The wall is opposite where I work just off Sydney CBD. Every few months the graffiti changes or an arty poster goes up until the Council deletes it. I run a recording and rehearsal studio complex, so I think one of my talented customers may be behind these because it is never advertising, just Banksy type of stuff.
