Lots of comments suggesting a closer crop. This is a 100% crop - the hawk wouldn't land closer - and any further crop would've caused pixel degradation.

I feel with the hawk sitting in the upper left, it may have been better to crop out some of the sticks/branches below and fill the frame with the hawk more.
Very beautiful bird, nice focus on it. I'd have perhaps cropped in a bit closer to the bird, as the surrounding bare branches aren't particularly interesting. Good capture overall.
