It took me a while to see why you called this "Winter *rider*...". The person should have really been in the lighter part of the pciture, you can hardly make him out. IMO this would have been a nice enough shot just as a seascape :-). The image seems a bit "grainy"? Did you have to use a very high ISO?

nice seascape though given your title it would be better if we could see the rider in action, say, in the right foreground, anyway, good luck with it

a lovely quiet scene - the saturation appears a bit off and the person dead center is unfortunately in shadows

Your rider is almost lost in the shadow, and is sitting still. Makes it look like an opportunity was missed.
