Caitlin is my daughter-in-law's sister. Someone who I have dearly loved and have loved taking lots of pictures of her & her sister Megan over the years.
I hadn't entered a challenge in so long. I'm so honored to come back with such a strong showing in a portrait challenge. I think some of the most amazing portrait photographers in the world are here at DPchallenge!

Any image defined by elegant perfection clearly must have the name "SandyP" indelibly inscribed in the signature line. With deepest envy, I wish I could take a portrait image this good. One of my goals really has been to learn how to do it! Inspiration abounds in your work, Sandy. Did this image get the green ribbon? Hmmmm...more deserving of one of the top three placements. ;-)
One of the best I have seen so far. If I had to offer some constructive criticism, it would be to not let the eyes fall in a horizontal or vertical line, even a little bit of an angle can make the image seem a little more dynamic.
