This is my first ever portrait session using an umbrella, and I like it. I was able to setup my lighting for this in just a few minutes, then all I needed was Cody to cooperate. He was super happy about being on his tummy for this, but he worked through it and gave me some real gems. I really like the way his expression is in this shot.
The lighting was an umbrella on camera left, just a bit higher than Cody. This was durin the day so some decent filtered daylight was coming in through the rundown does on camera right.
