-A little dodging of clouds in upper-right
-Noise-reduction with PictureColer

-Blue/Yellow Curve
-Separate masks for rocks and part of water
-Separate Curves to rocks and water through masks
-Resize
-High-radius and "regular" UnSharp Mask applied
-Enlarge Canvas to make border

the pier pulls us out nicely - i am just wondering about the strangely colored rocks - they have an odd green tint
