I would have liked to see it cropped in a little mor so we could see the child's face better, seeing an expression here would have been nice. Good photo overall though, perfect exposure, nice and sharp.
There is something so philosophical about this image. Perhaps it's that they're perched at the edge of the dark sand, which has been walked on, and she is imparting wisdom/warnings/encouragement to the little one about navigating uncharted territory
