A window on a life. Time slowly eating everything in it's path.

I was just perusing entries, and this one gave me reason to pause. I very much like the lonesome feel of this. The mural seems out of place somewhat, and the fact that it's a cowboy drives this home all the more. Riding through a visual forest, through a forest of buildings, in a lonesome land.

wonderful light and colour - enough to contrast with the drawing, but seeming to be about to disappear. a mirage.

I find this to be quite interesting, but it took looking at it a bit to figure out why. It is almost as if the cowboy on the mural is trying to ride off into the sunset outside his limited scene.

Forlorn and forgotten, but surprisingly warm and glowing, too. Intriguing!
