All the technicals are good... focus, sharpness, exposure, color. I think the composition is a bit lacking. You have filled the frame with similar subjects and haven't used any method to create a focal point such as use of depth of field, rule of thirds, etc. I think the centered leaf is somewhat of a focal point but it needs to stand out more.
