Er, great conceptually, but the highlighter you used is not technically neon, it is dirty yellow.

Many of the entries to this challenge show bright, neon-like colors created with sources other than neon. Of course many show actual neon. I'm sure you have some relevant connection to neon in mind, but I don't see it in the photo. Sorry.
