I came home from grocery shopping today to find a bunch of kids unloading a trailer full of musical instruments into my next door neighbors yard. Battle of the Bands! Oh jeez! Heavy metal, head banging, lots of drama and body bumping. It lasted from 3pm till 8pm before the cops broke it up. But, I got some decent shots out of it. LOL! ;D

I like this one -- they are obviously having a lot of fun and it's certainly about hair. I wish her chin was down but it isn't. I think you could have toned out the guy in the background on the left.
This kinda looks like a snapshot of some friends going to a punk rock club, albeit good for a snapshot. The guy in the background there enhances that snappy feel and also feels like maybe not much thought has gone into composition. I'd personally have much rather seen a singular shot of one of them (maybe under some moody lighting to suit their look) with the main focal point on the hair.
the lights a bit off could have done with more in the hair to highlight and define it, and a non centred crop i.e 3rds would have seen it do better i think...
