Took this shot in the early morning. Desatted during Raw conversion. . .added a gradient to darken the fog at the top of the shot, sharpened in RAW, adjusted the contrast and highlights. Did did some selective dodge and burn in a few areas. Voila.

The main gate wants to draw my eyes to the far left of the photo (which I don't find interesting), whilst I'm kind of drawn towards the tractor. But then should I be looking at the lock? No the Gate? Ok, I don't know where to look. On the plus side, I like the lighting and contrast, I like black & white.
