a huge frog at the edge of the pool, didn't even blink as i went around and took picture after picture after picture! picked one that i liked the best, i think it is bright enough for this challenge... cropped and adjusted saturation and contrast...

I'm not sure how much of the neon was added, especially since both the rock and the underside of the lip are about the same color, but it just didn't look very natural to me. And, as an overall image, it didn't grab me and make me want to sit there and admire the neon color. I also would have liked a plainer background without all the distracting speckles. Sorry, but them's just my preferences.
