too out of focus for my taste. Perhaps u were trying to emphasize color and form rather than detail.

Reminds me of 3D posters. The blur just catches the eye trying to focus on something. Excellent!

this picture hurts my eyes a lot. if it was more sharp or in focus, i would give it a much higher score because it seems to be a nice composition. I'm curious of what you did.

This is an interesting composition but I don't care for the choice of blurring everything.

very bright very hard on the eyes very out of focus... I'm guessing thats what you where trying to do. I cant decide what to vote 1 or 10 I'll give a 5 now but i might be back. If my eyes can handle it

The out of focus shapes did not appeal to me as I imagine poor news coverage does. Having to make sense of the absurd is my feeling regarding this image of yours. Very strange yet neon-like. Thanks!
