 The early onset of winter in northern Colorado. October 26, 2011 brought 17 inches of snow to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was beautiful. This image is from 9:05 AM the following morning. But, too much snow, too early.

Must've been hard getting to this spot amidst all that snow. Definitely worth it though - love the shades of white and blue dominating greens and browns. A quiet and intensely beautiful setting.
