OK, I've seen a lot of pics that just barely fit the challenge. I'm at a loss when it comes to this one, please explain when this is over how I missed the neon in any literal or figurative sense?

i think this photo should be brighter and could use a bit of focus. I really like how the hair falls on her face. She just looks so cute. Its a nice crop too. as for the meeting the challenge sorry it doesn't.

Fantastic image but I needed to dig deep to find the neon connection. The neon lights are very bright on broadway "au contraire" to little miss out in the cold and rain. As neon pulls our attention toward the flash and glare, shouldn't we care for less glitz and more giving? Thanks!

I did not look for neans neccessarily in the pics. I even thought having something else than shop window neon is more creative. This pic however has nothing 'neon' in it. The colours are washed. Unless the kid's name is Neon, this pic has nothing to do with the challenge
