Where I live, neon signs are hard to come by. So as a last minute resort, I dismantled three glow sticks and put them in wine glasses. Now my hands stinks, and this is the best I could come up with!

this is very close to being very nice: a little more attention to detail would really improve it: center the back glass, get the glasses spotlessly clean, wipe down the droplets on the outside of the glasses, use a tripod and timer.
