Seems like there is a bit of a halo around the tall buildings. Other than that though I like the stars created by the lights. And I like the fact that the water is a major subject. Well done.

Good ol Philadelphia. Now I wonder who this may be. I wish that the tones i the Delaware River were slightly brighter, this woulda been a 8 for sure.
