Lighting:
Cut a hole in the top of a shoebox and taped a piece of paper on it. Light underneath. Hand held a white umbrella with a 85w CFL.
Post:
Convert from RAW; noise, exposure, sharpened
Photoshop: Curves, hue sat. Cloned out some minor imperfections and burned some light spots in the black.
Replace color to get the apple back to white. More noise reductions and sharpening.
