Cute eyes, but more of a "pet" picture than a "neon" picture. Might have worked much better if cropped down to the bare essentials - both eyes and nothing else. However, that's just my opinion.
This could be a great idea! However, Probably would have been helped alot by cropping this to just the cat's eyes or face, the backround rug does not help.
This picture is creative to the theme. But a bit boring and underexposed to me. Cats are not the best "neon" creatures in the world. If you want to show the glowing eyes, a good way was to get close enought to reveal only the cat´s face, like a portrait, in a better light condition.
