Just a nice simple shot of some dead weeds. I thought the natural burnt amber of the stems and the white negative space of the wall along with the peeling paint texture gave this a wonderful composition....

Interesting subject and abstract composition. I like the reddish stems against the rough B&W wall. Imagine is very soft & grainy, and the black (soil?) foreground doesn't contribute so I would consider cropping.
A little uninteresting I'm afraid, the desaturation effect does nothing to help the composition, I would have concentrated on one or two stalks closer in, but that is only my opinion.
