Never saw those curtains in the sky ;) and a window that close to the water tower seems odd as well. Additionally, I don't see a little girl would go all alone on that. So, 3 images put together I think.

I can tell this is digitally manufactured. Very interesting idea, but I'm not sure what that tower thing is?

Definitely a manipulation and not real, looks kind of like guardian angels watching over her as she does something dangerous, like the idea of that as an image even though with you title is doesn't seem that's what you were going for.
