Could be an overlay or a simple relflection on a street. I'll go with a reflection, "real" Wait a minute! the "kelly salon" seems to be "on top" of the reflection. FAKE!

My guess is that this is a composite of at least two images. If so, it's convincing and definitely portrays a sense of movement and business.

I love all of the layers and the color in this. The repeating shapes help this from being too busy or disorganized. Such a great shot!
